Oops, I’m Doing It Again

2–3 minutes

New year, same planet on fire. So… Fair February is back.

For those who are new here: last year, I challenged myself to make more sustainable choices for a month as an attempt to feel slightly less powerless about the state of the world. It was like eco-bootcamp, but with less sweating It worked… Kind of.

But here’s the thing: the experiment never really ended.

When I started this blog last year, my goal was simple: to document my sustainability journey and encourage others to join in. Over the past year, I kept thinking about the lessons I learned—not just about sustainability, but about how easy it is to slip back into old routines. This time, it’s not just about trying new eco-habits. It’s about reflecting on what stuck, what didn’t (and why), and how to build a more sustainable life without burning out (literally or figuratively).

Introducing Fair Trail: Sustainability Beyond February

Sustainability doesn’t end on February 28th. Introducing Fair Trail—a way to continue the journey all year long. If Fair February is a trailhead, Fair Trail is a path that stretches beyond, with new challenges, deeper explorations, and ongoing community discussions.

  • 🔹 Monthly Focus Areas – Instead of packing everything into February, we’ll explore different aspects of sustainability throughout the year.
  • 🔹 Seasonal Reflections – From eco-friendly spring cleaning to mindful holiday gifting, we’ll adapt sustainability to fit the seasons.
  • 🔹 Community Contributions – More conversations, shared experiences, and space to learn from each other.

Thanks for reading—onto Fair Trail!
